CPSY® Lithium-ion ups Battery Lithium Iron Phosphate (, LFE) is kind of Li-Ion rechargeable battery for high power applications, such as EV car , Power Tool and RC hobby. LiFePO4 cells feature with high discharging current, non explosive, long cycle life (>2000@0.2C rate, IEC Standard), but its energy density is lower than normal Li-Ion cell (Li-Co) (higher NiMH cell). LiFePO4 cell has 3.2V nominal working voltage and shall be cut-off power at 3.6-3.8V per cell during charging. The Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery refers to the 48v lifepo4 lithium-ion ups battery with LiFePo4 as the positive electrode material. The anode materials of lithium-ion batteries mainly include lithium cobaltate, lithium manganate, lithium nickelate, ternary materials, lithium iron phosphate, and so on, among which lithium cobaltate is the anode material used in the vast majority of lithium-ion batteries. In terms of material principle, lithium phosphate also contains an embedding and de-embedding process, which is the same as lithium cobalt and lithium manganese.
We designed the new 48v lifepo4 lithium-ion ups battery pack using high-quality lithium phosphate cells with the highest safety standards and optimal battery structure. With the most advanced BMS providing full protection and real-time monitoring, this battery pack is suitable for RV energy storage power supply, electric vehicles, solar/wind energy storage systems, backup power supply, telecommunications, medical equipment, mobile power stations, solar energy storage, advertising vehicles, communication command vehicles, mobile vehicles, low-speed electric four-wheelers, industrial automation electrical equipment, UPS emergency power supply, etc.
1. Longer cycle life: Compared to the lead-acid battery, its cycle life is 10 times longer, and float charge/calendar life is 5 times longer, helping to minimize replacement costs and reduce the total cost of ownership.
2. Lighter weight: It is about 40% the weight of the comparable lead-acid battery, making it a "direct" alternative to the lead-acid battery.
3. Higher power: It provides twice the power of the lead-acid battery and even a higher discharge rate while maintaining the high energy capacity.

1.Energy density is high. The volume and weight of lithium battery is 1/3 to 1/4 of the traditional lead acid battery with the same capacity.
2.Energy conversion rate is 15% higher than that of a traditional lead acid battery, the advantage of energy saving is obvious. Self-discharge rate < 2% per month.
3.Broad temperature adaptability. Products perform well at a temperature of -20°C to 60°C, without air conditioning system.
4.Cycle durability for a single cell is 2000 cycles, which is 3 to 4 times more than the cycle durability of a traditional lead acid battery.
