1. Structure: This product is mainly composed of a contact auto-coupling voltage regulator, a sampling comparison amplification control circuit, an output voltage protection circuit, a servo motor and a rotating arm.
2. Work: When the input voltage is unstable or the load changes, each phase sampling circuit samples separately, compares it with the set benchmark, amplifies it, and executes the required direction rotation of the motor according to the comparison result, driving the rotation of the voltage regulator. Precautions
1. The 220V voltage regulator should avoid severe vibration, harmful gas corrosion and liquid inflow.
2. For the connecting wire of the voltage regulator, please equip it with a connecting wire (copper core) with sufficient current capacity according to the rated power (≤5A/mm
3. There is a grounding device inside the voltage regulator, and the wire connected to the outside should be reliably grounded. The grounding wire must not be removed arbitrarily or left ungrounded.
4. If the output voltage deviates greatly from the rated value, please adjust the trimmer potentiometer in the control circuit board by yourself. Turning it clockwise will increase the output voltage, and vice versa will decrease the output voltage.
5. Keep the inside of the machine clean. Dust will hinder the rotation of the gears and affect normal use. It should be removed in time to keep the contact surface of the carbon brush and coil clean. Ensure that the carbon brush spring has sufficient pressure to avoid sparking at the contact surface between the carbon brush and the coil.
